On 18 February, in the Complex of Technical Schools in Kłodzko, there was a solemn presentation of scholarships for students within the project "Fachowcy na lokalnym rynku pracy" carried out by the Krzyżowa Foundation for Mutual Understanding in Europe.
The Krzyżowa Foundation was represented by Tamara Chorąży - deputy manager of the Innovation and Development Office. The event was also attended by: Rafał Olecha - director of the Complex of Technical Schools in Kłodzko, Anetta Kościuk - director of the Department of Education of the County Office in Kłodzko.
This school year, the scholarship was awarded to 10 students for the period until June 2021. Students will be able to compete for the next scholarships in September 2021. Financial means obtained in the framework of the scholarship will be used by students to develop their interests and passions, which in the future may facilitate their start on the labour market. The project also provides other forms of support for students of technical schools and vocational schools, including: job placements, qualification courses, matriculation preparation classes and professional excursions.
The "Fachowcy na lokalnym rynku pracy" is the fourth partnership project of the Krzyżowa Foundation, the Kłodzko County and the Technical School Complex in Kłodzko. Over the past four years, over 600 students and teachers from the school have been supported, and the total value of subsidies allocated to support the students and the school exceeded PLN 5 million.
The project is co-financed by the European Social Fund and the state budget as part of RPO WD 2014-2020.
